Complaints and returns
The purchased product did not meet your expectations? No problem! Take advantage of the 14-day right of return.
- Complete the return form
- Remember to pack the product in the original foil in which it was delivered. If the foil has been damaged, pack the product in another (e.g. a clean plastic bag).
Crushed, unfolded or unpacked product may not be accepted.
- Send the products together with the completed form to the address of the store's warehouse:
Remember that returns are not free of charge and the cost of returning the goods is borne by the person returning the product, and OOMM STUDIOS does not collect cash on delivery.
After receiving the goods, we have a maximum of 14 days to return the value of the order. The money will be in your account no longer than after two weeks.
Do you want to make a complaint about the purchased product? All you need to do is send the goods by post with a written description of the defect in the return form and proof of purchase.
After 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel containing the advertised goods, you will receive a decision. If the complaint is approved, we will send you a full-fledged product within two weeks. If the complaint is rejected, the intact goods will be sent back together with an opinion as to whether the complaint is unjustified.
