Shipping

Orders are processed as soon as possible. Tracking is provided when your parcel ships.

Rates & delivery times

  • Poland: 1–2 business days — 15 PLN (free over 400 PLN)
  • Europe: 4–9 business days — 9 EUR (free over 250 EUR)
  • North America: 4–8 business days — 19 USD (free over 400 USD)
  • Rest of world: 5–10 business days — 45 EUR (free over 450 EUR)

Delivery times are estimates. During collection launches, dispatch may take longer.

Duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to return

  1. Email us at hi@oommstudios.co with your order number.
  2. Pack the item securely (original packaging recommended).
  3. Ship your return to the address below.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.

Refunds

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days of arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank processing usually takes 2–3 business days).

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If you need help, contact us — we’ll respond as soon as possible.
