Once you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will immediately start processing your order to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us with your order number, and we will review your order history to find a solution promptly. You will also receive an email with your order tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Oomm Studios is not responsible for delivery errors if the delivery address provided by the User in the order form is incorrect or incomplete.

Please note that during collection launches, due to high demand, deliveries may be delayed

OOMM Studios strives to provide the best service for international shipments. However, in rare cases, orders may be canceled due to reasons beyond our control. In such instances, OOMM Studios will notify the customer within 24 working hours and issue a refund using the original payment method.

 

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order on our website for the desired size or color.

 

Returns are accepted without reservations within 30 days of receiving the items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by OOMM Studios.
